Our Adrift girls had this for breakfast on one of our recent photo shoots. All we can say is... yum yum!
1 cup Quinoa
2 cups Coconut Milk (we recommend Australia's Own Organic - Almond & Coconut Milk Blend)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Bring to the boil, then turn off the heat and sit covered for 10 minutes while Quinoa absorbs the milk. It should become nice and fluffy.
If you prefer it cold, you can cook the night before and leave to cool overnight.
Thinly sliced fresh Apple
Handful of Blueberries
Drizzled organic Honey
