Adrift's 2021 Annual Christmas Donation: The Butterfly Foundation

Adrift's 2021 Annual Christmas Donation: The Butterfly Foundation

Every year at Adrift, we pick a charity or foundation that means a lot to us as a brand and do an annual Christmas donation. It is a tradition that we are incredibly proud of and will continue to do each and every year. For 2021, we got together as a team and discussed what causes were close to our hearts, and eventually decided on The Butterfly Foundation for our 2021 donation.

The Butterfly Foundation was founded in 2002 by mother-of-two Claire Middleton, whose daughters both suffered from anorexia nervosa. Butterfly aims to support those struggling with eating disorders and body image issues, as well as provide aid to their friends and families during the recovery process. Butterfly has helped hundreds of thousands of men and women recover from eating disorders and gain their lives back, and here at Adrift we are thrilled to support such a remarkable foundation.

Our talented designers have created a capsule collection entitled Toscana, featuring an exclusive print and some of our most popular shapes to support The Butterfly Foundation. As well as this, we have a range of earrings to compliment the Toscana collection. 50% of all profits from this collection (including earrings) will be donated directly to Butterfly. On top of this, our beautifully kind and generous director Bec Pullar will be matching the total amount raised to further contribute to Butterfly.

With the help of some of our favourite Aussie influencers and models, we ran a campaign to showcase this beautiful collection, and we couldn't be more happy with the gorgeous campaign.

Adrift has always, and will always be focussed on creating clothing for women of all shapes, sizes and ages, and to help women feel and look their best. We are extremely proud of the Toscana collection and feel passionate about supporting such an amazing foundation as Butterfly. It is our hope that we can raise money and awareness for this deserving organisation and help in the fight against eating disorders and body image issues.

Love always,

the Adrift team xx
