How to measure yourself
When you measure yourself, if possible, do so in front of the mirror so you can ensure that the tape measure is horizontally positioned around your body. Hold the tape measure close against your body but don't pull too tight.
Hot Tip: Wear the underwear you plan to wear with the garment.
Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust ensuring the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back across your shoulder blades.
Waist: Your waist is the smallest part of your torso, usually a centimetre or so above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waist, ensuring it is comfortable but not loose.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your bottom or at the top of your thighs, whichever is widest. Make sure the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back and again keep the measuring tape close to your body but don't pull too tight.

If you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect size full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund provided that items are returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted. This includes full priced items purchased with a discount code offering 25% or less.
Full priced items purchased with a discount code offering 26% off or more*
If you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect size full priced items purchased with a discount code offering 26% off or more can be returned for an exchange or store credit, provided that the code is not offered on sale items in which case the sale is final. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
Sale items under $50 and/or Sale Items purchased with an additional Discount Code of 20% or more*
All sales are final. Sorry Ladies, at these prices we just can't budge!
Sale items over $51*
If you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect size sale items over $51 can be returned for an exchange (if available) or store credit provided that items are returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
Full priced items can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Sale items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days from receipt of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Every product we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please send it back for assessment. Once we have reviewed the item we will happily offer a replacement, repair or refund based on your wishes.
*Please Note: Items should be returned in the same manner they were received. They should be new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Returns that are not folded neatly will incur a $10 re-pressing fee.
Exchanges (Australia and New Zealand customers only)
If you would like an exchange please contact us to receive an Exchange Code and to guarantee the items you want are available:
- Quote your invoice number, the item you wish to return and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
- If the item you want is available, we will issue you an Exchange Code. If the item you want is unavailable, our friendly staff will let you know what other return options are available to your case.
- Fill in the Returns Information table you received in your order ensuring you quote your Exchange Code.
- Place the Returns Information page in its entirety and your item in a parcel and send it back to us.

My new item is of higher value. What do I do?
If your new item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference via credit or debit card over the phone.
My new item is of lessor value. What do I do?
If your new item is of lessor value, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card for the difference.

We understand that choosing a size online can be difficult, therefore, we will happily pay for the return postage on your first size exchange of a full priced item. Contact us to receive a return postage label.
When will my refund or store credit be processed?
We will aim to process your refund or store credit within 24 hours of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale
Products listed as part of our Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale are seconds and samples and fall outside of Adrift's Return Policy. Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale Products are not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Sales made on Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale Products are final.
Within Australia - Express orders can take between 1-3 business days. Standard Delivery can take between 3 – 10 days depending on your location. We have found that deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory generally take between 6 and 10 days to arrive.
