- Full priced items purchased with a Discount Code offering 25% or more * – can be returned for an exchange or credit provided that items are returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
- Sale items under $60* – can be returned for a credit provided that items are returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
- Sale items over $60* – can be returned for an exchange or credit provided that items are returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase and received by Adrift Returns Team within 21 days of purchase. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted.
- International Orders* – Full priced items can be returned for a credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Sale items can be returned for a credit within 30 days from receipt of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
*Please Note: Items should be returned in the same manner they were received. They should be new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. Returns that are not folded neatly will incur a $10 re-pressing fee.

If your new item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference via credit or debit card over the phone.
My new item is of lessor value. What do I do?
If your new item is of lessor value, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card for the difference.

Do I pay for my return shipping?
- If you have received items that were damaged, defective or if we’ve shipped you the incorrect item, we will happily pay the return postage cost. Contact us to receive a return postage label. Email – email@example.com and/or Phone – 1300 224 244 or + 61 7 3844 7061.
- If you have received the correct order but have since changed your mind regarding colour, size or style, we think it’s only fair that you pay the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend tracking your item as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the post.
We understand that choosing a size online can be difficult, therefore, we will happily pay for the return postage on your first size exchange of a full priced item. Contact us to receive a return postage label.
When will my refund or store credit be processed?
We will aim to process your refund or store credit within 24 hours of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. Store credits are valid for 12 months from issue.

Products in our Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale are seconds and samples and fall outside of Adrift's Return Policy. Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale Products are not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Sales made on Online Pop Up Warehouse Sale Products are final.
